Refund
Policy
Our refund policy is straightforward. Read the conditions below before enrolling.
At AECCORE ("Aeccore", "we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to delivering high-quality educational programs, mentorship, live virtual training, and career-oriented learning experiences. By enrolling in any course, workshop, cohort, masterclass, mentorship program, subscription, or service offered by AECCORE, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Strict No Refund Policy
All payments made to AECCORE are final and non-refundable except where explicitly stated in this policy. Once a learner completes payment toward any AECCORE program, course, live virtual class, bootcamp, workshop, certification, mentorship, subscription, installment plan, or service, the learner acknowledges that:
- A seat is reserved exclusively for them;
- Operational, administrative, mentorship, licensing, and infrastructure costs are incurred immediately upon enrollment;
- Digital educational products and services become accessible instantly or are reserved in advance.
Accordingly, refunds shall not be granted due to: change of mind, lack of time commitment, personal, family, medical, or professional reasons; dissatisfaction arising from subjective expectations; failure to attend live sessions; internet or technical issues from the learner's side; failure to complete assignments or projects; lack of usage of the platform or course materials; job placement expectations not being met; career changes or relocation; financial constraints arising after enrollment; or any other personal circumstances beyond AECCORE's control.
2. Live Virtual Class Refund Eligibility
Refund requests for Live Virtual Classes shall only be considered under the limited conditions described below.
| Request Timeline | Refund Eligibility | Non-Refundable Processing Fee (INR) | Non-Refundable Processing Fee (USD/GBP/EUR) | Refund Conditions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Before Batch Start Date | Eligible | ₹5,000 | 10% of total course fee | Refund of tuition fees excluding applicable processing charges |
| After Batch Start Date (Up to 5th Live Class) | Eligible | ₹10,000 | 25% of total course fee | Refund available only until completion of the 5th live class |
| After 5th Live Class | Not Eligible | Not Applicable | Not Applicable | No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances |
For avoidance of doubt: attendance or non-attendance does not affect refund eligibility timelines. Access to recordings, Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, resources, or mentor support may be treated as course commencement. Refund eligibility is calculated based on the official batch schedule determined by AECCORE.
3. Processing Fees are Strictly Non-Refundable
All admission fees, registration charges, convenience fees, gateway fees, taxes, forex charges, and processing fees are strictly non-refundable. This applies regardless of course participation status, visa rejection, academic performance, placement outcome, technical difficulties, payment disputes, or account inactivity.
4. Exceptions Where Full Refund May Apply
AECCORE may issue a full refund only in the following exceptional circumstances initiated solely by AECCORE:
A. Batch Cancellation: If AECCORE permanently cancels a scheduled batch before commencement and does not provide an alternative batch option.
B. Excessive Batch Delay: If AECCORE postpones the official batch start date by more than four (4) consecutive weeks and the learner declines the revised schedule. In such cases, the non-refundable processing fee may also be waived at AECCORE's sole discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances: downloadable resources, recorded sessions, digital materials, e-books and templates, certification fees, career support services, portfolio reviews, mentorship sessions already conducted, resume/interview assistance, software licenses, placement assistance programs, community access memberships, subscription renewals, and any discounted, scholarship, promotional, or special pricing enrollments.
6. Installment & EMI Payments
Learners enrolling through installment plans, EMIs, financing partners, or deferred payment arrangements remain liable for the full program fee irrespective of course completion status, attendance, withdrawal, placement outcomes, or account inactivity. Stopping participation does not cancel outstanding payment obligations. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of course access, certificate withholding, legal recovery action, and/or reporting to financing or collection partners where applicable.
7. Course Modifications & Platform Rights
AECCORE reserves the right to modify course curriculum, change instructors or mentors, reschedule sessions, update software/tools, alter learning formats, merge batches, replace modules, discontinue features, or improve delivery methodologies without prior notice where reasonably necessary for operational, academic, or industry reasons. Such changes shall not qualify a learner for refunds or compensation.
8. Refund Request Process
To request a refund where eligible, all requests must be submitted in writing to: info@aeccore.in. The learner must provide their full name, registered email address, course/program name, payment receipt/reference, a clear reason for the refund request, and supporting documentation if requested.
9. Refund Review & Approval
All refund requests are reviewed individually by the AECCORE administration team. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. AECCORE reserves the sole and final discretion to approve or reject requests, determine refund eligibility, calculate deductions, and interpret policy applicability. All decisions made by AECCORE shall be final and binding.
10. Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds shall be processed only through the original payment method or authorized payment gateway partner. Processing timelines may take up to 90 working days for domestic transactions and/or additional time for international banking or forex settlements. AECCORE shall not be liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, or international transfer systems.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes after accessing AECCORE Services may result in immediate suspension of account access, certificate cancellation, legal recovery proceedings, and/or restriction from future AECCORE services. AECCORE reserves all legal rights in such circumstances.
12. Policy Acceptance
By making payment to AECCORE, the learner confirms that they have read this Refund & Cancellation Policy, understand all refund limitations, accept the no-refund terms, and agree to be legally bound by this policy.
